Program offers before and after school services for school-age children attending Greenwood Elementary School. STEM-based lessons are delivered to cover information on science, technology, engineering and math. Group activities stimulate socialization through projects and peer interactions. Physical education is supported through movement sessions and outdoor play. Learning centers encourage hands-on exploration and experimentation for interactive experiences. Fine motor skills are strengthened during arts & crafts projects. Program is operated by WE LEAP at Newport News Public Schools.
