We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Guadalupe Domingo Family Child Care Home! ‘Mama Lupe’ and staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s happiness and development. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our daughter is in a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment every day. We’ve seen her grow in confidence, learn new things, and build great relationships. We’re truly grateful for ‘Mama Lupe’ for everything she does. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Guadalupe Domingo Family Child Care Home. From my first meeting with Mama Lupe I could tell my children were in very good hands. Mama Lupe is attentive and has great communication. She provided daily updates on my children’s eating and nap habits, updates on how they were progressing through her preschool teachings, as well as any cute pictures she took of them during the day. Her house was always spotless, secure, and organized. I always knew my children were safe, engaged, and well-cared for. When I ran into any complications with my schedule, Mama Lupe would do everything possible to help me out. Most importantly, Mama Lupe is a loving, patient and kind person. She loved my children as if they were her own and they always looked forward to seeing her. They all cried when they had to start Kindergarten because they did not want to leave. That love of children is so clear and is what makes Guadalupe Domingo Family Child Care Home so special. To this day we still feel like welcome members of her family. Mama Lupe won the 2026 Napa County Early Childhood Educator of the Year which shows that many people also agree that she is top-notch!

My son attended Domingo Family Daycare for about 4 years (toddler to kindergarten) and we had the absolute best experience there. I would highly recommend her. Lupe has a special way with the kids and always made sure they were well taken care of and felt like part of the family. She always fostered a fun, clean and friendly environment for the kids and always made sure the parents were well informed on what is going on with their kids. My son loved to go to Mama Lupe’s!

Her dedication, love, and commitment to their growth and development have meant more to me than I can put into words. She didn’t just care for my children—she helped prepare them academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten. All three of my kids entered school extremely well prepared and were advanced in many areas compared to their peers. I truly credit so much of that strong foundation to the time, patience, and effort Guadalupe put into teaching them. Over the years, she has been such an important and instrumental part of my children’s development, and I have always felt confident knowing they were in a nurturing, safe, and educational environment. This year, Guadalupe was recognized as Napa County Early Childhood Educator of the Year 2026, and I couldn’t be more proud. After having her as our provider for 13 years, I can say that this recognition is incredibly well deserved. Finding someone you can trust with your children is priceless, and I feel so fortunate that our family found Guadalupe and Domingo Family Child Care. I will forever be grateful for everything she has done for my children and the positive impact she has had on their lives. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a provider who truly cares about children and is passionate about helping them learn, grow, and thrive.

It’s so hard to find someone outside of family to entrust with your babies. We didn’t have family close, so before we had our son we were somewhat at a loss on what to do. Then, Mama Lupe came highly recommenced to us from more than one of our co-workers. We are so incredibly blessed and grateful to have found her. In the past 6 years she has cared for, taught, inspired and loved, not only our son but now our daughter as well. She is family to us now. With all this craziness in the world finding the right path for our children is so hard, every decision we make can feel critical. However, taking our kiddos to Domingo Family Childcare, to Lupe, has always been a strong and confident one. She’s our kid’s home away from home when we can’t be there for them. My daughter has been going here since she was 9 months old and is now 2 1/2 and we love it! She loves going and is always so comfortable there which honestly makes it so much easier for me knowing she’s happy and in great hands. I was actually referred by coworkers who had their kids with her and their kids are now 7-8 years old, so that made me feel really comfortable with choosing her in the first place and I’m so glad I did! I love that she keeps the kids on a good schedule and even has school/learning time with them. She’s also bilingual in English and Spanish which is a huge plus! Her hours are perfect especially for working parents. It really feels like a second home for my daughter and I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to be while I’m at work ❤️

At just six months pregnant, my husband and I started our daycare search to ensure we weren’t left scrambling by the time we headed back to work. We spoke with and toured six other daycares before coming across Domingo Family Daycare, and it was a night and day difference from what we were initially experiencing. From the moment we talked on the phone to visiting in person, we immediately knew the search had stopped. Mama Lupe was warm and welcoming, and it didn’t feel like we are just another set of parents who would come and go through her doors. She has treated us like family and plays an enormous role in our lives as new parents. It has been so special to see our little one continue to grow and learn in her care, and we truly don’t know what we would do without her.

This place has been a gem for little ones in American Canyon. I used her when my kids were little (as young as 4months for one of them) and til this day they still love and remember her. What stood out the most to me when looking for daycares was her cleanliness and genuine love for kids. I have a special needs son but “mama Lupe” was the only person who recognized it and suggested I get him checked. If it wasn’t for her, my son wouldn’t have gotten the early diagnosis he needed for services.

We started our baby girl there at only 8 months which was super hard since our first daughter went to daycare when she was able to talk and tell us about her day. I was super nervous, but Lupe made us feel super comfortable and like family as soon as we sat to talk about the daycare. Our baby girl is so comfortable and happy when we pull up for drop off so that made us feel even more relaxed, knowing that Lupe provides care that makes the littles feel so comfortable, safe, and enjoy their time there is such a great feeling for us parents. Highly recommend Lupe for anyone’s childcare needs!
