To say that we are fortunate to have found Happy Valley Children's Ranch is an understatement. We are beyond blessed. We had a difficult time finding a "fit" for our youngest. With two older siblings you would think we would easily know the program, but each child is different. And HVCRP acknowledges that to the fullest. Our son was identified with having sensory processing disorder. As we began the process to find a preschool program for his next year of schooling we were hesitant to "reveal" this information to directors. Many area schools we called would immediately dismiss us and say they wouldn't be a good fit because they we "red flagged" with our child's label. We met with the director, Julie, and immediately felt comfortable and welcome. We further felt safe to discuss our child's specific needs and she was ecstatic to work with him. Happy Valley is inclusive. They went above and beyond to listen to our specific needs. We opted to not wait and sent our son this year. He is A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT child...in the best way. He loves school and can't wait to go back- whereas before he never wanted to go and didn't feel like he has friends. His teacher is no nonsense. She provides clear structure, routine, and discipline in a firm way that our son needed and thrives on. They also are caring and invested- they share feedback. They have solid expectations- which I think are often overlooked. We know our son is cared for, encouraged, and challenged in the best way. He is INCLUDED (inclusivity is rare at this age) and is shining more than ever in and out of the classroom. Preschool is often overlooked as an easy placement that seems to not matter for their future- but I couldn't stress more what a foundation it is for our child finding his way. We love Happy Valley!

We LOVE their preschool, pre-K and summer camp programs. My daughter did their pre-K and summer and my son is currently in their preschool and has also done their summer camps as well. He’ll do their pre-K program in the fall. I chose Happy Valley for my daughter because her preschool wasn’t lacking the academics to help prep her for Kindergarten. Happy Valley does a fabulous job with academic prep but also the kids have so much fun with the farm animals, different monthly themes, holiday parties and play centers. I love the structure and cleanliness and feel it’s a safe and wonderful environment for the kiddos! All the teachers we have had have been amazing and I wouldn’t trade sending my kids here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
