We absolutely loved Jenn until we had concerns with her care and witnessed how she responded. The first was with her family dog, who growled and snapped at our daughter for going too close to her. When I spoke with Jenn about not wanting the dog around our daughter her first response was 'well, what do you want me to do about it?'. She did not follow my wishes initially to not have the dog around my daughter, however, after another conversation she did develop a plan to keep the dog separated. The biggest issue, which caused us to withdraw our daughter, concerned soiled diapers. In the past Jenn and I had multiple conversations concerning my daughter having poop dried to her bottom from not being changed in a timely manner. Our last conversation concerning this is what caused us to change daycares. When I spoke with Jenn about our daughter having poop dried to her bottom upon pickup her responses ranged from 'she must have pooped on the way home' (despite the fact that our car ride is only 15 minutes and it was dried to her bottom causing irritation), 'your daughter needs to communicate better', and 'if you don't like the care we provide you should find childcare elsewhere'. We were upset and hurt by the way that Jenn treated us after having been apart of her 'growing family' for over a year.
