My daughter was going to Hummingbird Kidz daycare and I could not wish for a better place to be for her. Its very clean and well organized. Most importantly - she was extremely excited to go there every morning, which usually was a problem for her with other daycares. We live across the street , and even during the lock down my kid still looks through the window and waits for it to open.
We recently moved from Canada to San Jose California and had been searching in frustration for a quality in-home day care for our 3.5 year old daughter. One of my co-workers recommended Hummingbird Kidz home daycare to us and we were so relieved to have found them. From our very first interaction with Reshma, it was a smooth, hassle free transition for our otherwise shy daughter. Reshma has excellent communication skills with both parents and children. She has a structured play-based learning which the kids love. Most appreciatively she has been very accommodating to my very fussy eater, and always makes sure she has eaten well by providing her various healthy eating options. Her house is squeaky clean, a rare occurrence in comparison to our previous day care experiences! We see cleanliness and quality in everything she provides for the kids. She has been doing such a phenomenal job and we are so relieved to have found her!
I used to send my kid to this day care.She was 4 years old. The reason we stopped sending is because we moved away from Bay Area. My daughter loved it.Even for us as parents we felt stress free.My daughter was well taken care there.She learnt playing with Legos,Drawing,Coloring and solving puzzles.We were amazed.We both are busy parents and hardly gets time to teach her these activities.But when we started sending her here, after coming home we were very glad to know , to play and see what she learnt.She enjoyed her time there.She learnt cleaning up after playing.Eating on her own and paying attention while listening. Reshma, the owner of this day care(I should say home care),was very friendly and understanding.She was paying attention for minute details and updating us everyday.She listens to kids with patience.Kids listen to her as well :).It's a clean premise, lot's of space, close to lot's of work places and highway accessible.Perfect for kids and parents. I wondered why it was named Home Care before joining my daughter there, I came to know in no time that it's because of their caring and attention. My daughter is missing that care now.I wish I can find something like that here.
