Home based program that provides a basic learning curriculum for children aged 16 months - 4 years to help them reach development milestones. Program incorporates feedback and support from the State's VQB-5 system. Participation in group activities, exploratory play and physical exercise foster academic, emotional and social development.  Learning is encouraged through a fun and engaging curriculum.
