My daughter (15 to 17 months old) attended this facility from July 2025 to September 18, 2025. In that short time, she came home with scratches not just one time but 4 times on her face from different kids; not the same kid. When I brought this up to the director, she dismissed it by saying, “they are just kids,” and did not attempt to address the problem. I immediately requested to stop the ACH payment and decided her last days would be Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, September 18, 2025, when I arrived to pick her up, I found my daughter (17 months old) sitting in her feeding chair facing the wall, while the other children were seated facing the table (watching the show Mrs. Rachel). This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I will never bring my child back to this place.
