Ms Monica, our class lead teacher, really cares about the students. She is very nurturing and patient with the little ones. She made our 14 months old toddler’s transition to daycare life very welcoming and fun. Hence my kid adjusted quickly and loves going to school now. As far as I know, the teachers at IMA Eastgate seem to enjoy working there and we have been seeing consistent people throughout our 1st year. Most of the teachers, including the relief teachers in extended care, know my kid by his name and they seem to connect with him very well. Which I take it as a positive thing as they help build his sense of belonging and we feel safe having him there.
Ms Monica and the teachers are very caring and nurturing towards the kids. My kid is very happy to go to school everyday and learning.
I love the way my kid’s teachers bring out the best in them and also provide multiple ways and opportunities to overcome their fears!
