This daycare was the worst experience for my family. Beginning with her closing each summer requiring families to look for alternate care each summer, each year, through her stonewalling me for months, not giving any feedback other than complaining about him not meeting her milestone expectations on her timeline. Passive aggressive comments to families about costs of her services being too low, frequently insinuating the need to raise costs (which was done mid year after a signed contract) the day I became a single mom, reporting willingness to be flexible and then stating I should look for state covered care elsewhere. Upon agreement to her raise she then “terminated” my son’s care at the end of her school year for contention she created. Truly terrible human who negatively impacted my sons early years with negative criticism and rudeness all year.
