Description provided by the business.Home-based childcare following the philosophy that children deserve an education and are endowed this right at birth. Environment promotes curiosity, creativity, and independence and supports a developmentally appropriate curriculum that helps enhance the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. Provider teaches the whole child on a one-on-one level allowing students to take charge in the classroom and to have a role in education. Curriculum is based on the idea that children learn best through hands-on activities that support STEAM curriculum with lessons covering science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. Program is mixed age to help older children learn to lead and younger students learn higher skills. Children are taught the basics in English, Spanish, Creole, and Sign Language and reading is a major part of curriculum. Weekend care is offered on Saturday.

I recently enrolled my son here and he loves it. The staff is so caring and accommodating not only for the students but also the parents. At his old daycare he used to cry at drop off everyday but I see such a difference since he has started at Jitta Bug, he’s happy to go to school everyday ! They actually teach the kids here not just sit them in front of the TV, they learn about shapes, colors, the states and even learn in Creole and Spanish! What more could you ask for??
While being referred from others, I was a bit skeptical. Especially having an infant in which I’m just cautious of. But after touring the facility, and talking with Ms. Adrian, my fears were put to rest! She made sure that my daughter will be well taken care of, learn numerous things and much more! I was also sold upon the cleanliness, and how nice the staff was. I can wait for my daughter to start!
Jitta bug learning center is a great experience. The location is clean, teachers are good at their jobs and aim to educate your kids and not just babysit them. They are hands on with the kids and I love that.
I just discovered this learning center and I’m simply amazed by the quality of the service they provide. Nothing to do with other places I have visited. Super tidy and organized and the teachers are nice and polite. You can feel the warm atmosphere as soon as you step inside. I absolutely recommend!
After days of looking for a childcare that was flexible, and open to my children’s needs I was introduced to the Jitta bug facility. Great Staff, nice Classroom, very exciting hope my children will do well
I love this learning center !! It’s so focused on the children and mandates more parent interaction with their children as early as age 2. They handle autistic kids and hyper active children really well. I feel so blessed to have found this learning center 24 hrs before I knew I needed childcare.
I found Jitta bug on Winnie and I have not been disappointed. The staff was very welcoming. They have cool programs that teach the kids and help them grow into the little geniuses they are. They welcomed us into the family and we are going on our second year with them and will be staying here until she is ready for prek.
A very good place for your child to learn, play and be safe. The workers are very good, friendly and always polite.
Amazing school! My son has been going here for almost two months now and his vocabulary has expanded so much! He’s saying sentences and enjoys reading books
Soo the owner and I actually attended college together Spanish class more specifically and I just remembered her Energy when we met but she expressed to me her plans to open a daycare mind you this is years ago and today to see it up running SUCCESSFULLY is amazing she made a goal, set a goal and accomplished it. I was blessed to have my first child in 2019 and has just started JittaBug learning center this summer (2022) and I have seen so much improvement in my child I love it he is talking more, they are assisting with potty training with our little one who is 3 years old. I love their communication and how involved they are about teaching the kids! My Family has even noticed their is a difference since my child has attended Jittabug! I’m happy I took him out his last daycare/Learning Center. Thank you so much Ms.Adrienne and all of the staff at Jittabug Learning Center! PLEASE NOTE YOU WONT BE UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE JITTABUG WILL PROVIDE!!!!
My son started with Jitta bug in February this year. In just one month they were able to potty train him and have him start talking more. My son loves going to school and he learns a lot with them. The safety and love I feel from Jitta bug is something that you can’t put a price on. This is a great school for kids. If I had to do it all again I would choose them every time.
This is a great learning center for kids! My sister took her kids to her and my son is starting and he loves it!!
