Ms. Joan has excellent communication skills and always keeps parents updated on their child's progress. She is patient, loving, caring, and truly passionate about what she does. She provides a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. She doesn't just run a home daycare—she runs a learning center. She teaches the children their colors, numbers, ABCs, shapes, and so much more. She also plans fun, hands-on projects using noodles, paint, tissue paper, markers, leaves, and other creative materials that keep the children engaged while they learn. My son has been with Ms. Joan since he was 8 months old, and I have watched him learn and grow so much under her care. Every morning when I drop him off, he runs to give Ms. Joan a hug, which speaks volumes about the loving environment she has created. Every afternoon, whether I pick him up at the usual time or earlier, he is always clean, dry, happy, and well cared for. As my son begins Pre-K, it is bittersweet to say goodbye because I know he has been in such wonderful hands. I highly recommend Ms. Joan to any parent looking for a caring, dedicated, and exceptional childcare provider. We are truly grateful for everything she has done for our family.
