Our mission is to prepare children from low-income families for success in school and life through evidence-based programming. We offer bilingual (Eng/Spa), full-day early childhood education and care for children aged 0 to 5 years old, together with wraparound family supports. Jubilee JumpStart is rated as a "High Quality" center under D.C. Capital Quality is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
