Faith-based preschool program provides opportunities for intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development. Curriculum is presented through group activities, active and quiet play, structured and unstructured activities, monthly field trips, indoor and outdoor play, experiments, and imaginative play. Lessons focus on language development, self-help skills, math, music, art, writing, reading, science, culture, and Buddhist stories and songs. Preschool is an affiliate of Kahului Hongwanji Buddhist Temple and children attend temple weekly and observe Buddhist holidays.
