Kids Wonderland

Our son loves daycare because of Nancy and Daniel. For one, the house is clean! One thing I was beyond concerned about while looking for a daycare. They are warm and welcoming AND will keep you updated with photos and a daily sheet on meals, naps, and diaper changes when your little one first joins. They have circle time, play outside, and have tasty meals that are healthy and help them explore their taste buds. Couldn’t recommend them more, and feel beyond lucky we found them :)

My son just turned four and has been with Kids Wonderland since 12 months. He was attending a different daycare for 6 months before we were lucky enough to find Ms. Nancy and it has been a blessing since. Under Ms. Nancy’s and Mr. Daniel’s care, we slowly watched our little boy blossom into a confident, empathetic, and bright toddler. At an early age, he was taught the importance of kindness and sharing with others. We often observed a stark difference between Ms. Nancy’s kids and others when we attended playdates. Her kids never have trouble sharing which is something many toddlers struggle with. Another thing we noticed was when our son and another child from Ms Nancy’s daycare joined a community soccer team at age 3. They were both focused and alert on the field. They were of a handful of toddlers that had the attention span to listen to the coaches and follow through with all the drills. My son has also developed great social interaction skills with both adults and kids of all ages. He talks freely with adult relatives and when we have guests over. He knows to be gentle around younger kids and babies, and plays harder with kids his own age. He has learned these social cues from his time at Ms. Nancy’s, where he interacts with kids of all ages. One of the best things about Ms. Nancy’s daycare is that she provides all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks in between. She truly shows her love through her delicious home-cooked meals. The kids are exposed to many types of foods, fruits, and vegetables. My son became a really good eater early on and is always open to trying new foods. We are so grateful to Ms. Nancy and Mr. Daniel for providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for our son to learn life skills that we see him use every day in the real world.

Nancy is very good with young kids. My younger child went to Kids Wonderland from 10-month old and has been there for 2 years. He is very happy going into the daycare everyday, and has learned so much. Nancy is so experienced with kids that she often gives me good advice about the growth of my son. She is very trustworthy, kind, and thoughtful. I'm so grateful to have her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable caregiver.

Kids Wonderland has been a part of my family for generations, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nancy and her team. My oldest daughter, who is now 27, started at Kids Wonderland when she was just two and stayed until age seven when we moved out of state. Nancy’s kindness, patience, and genuine love for the children make this daycare so special — she treats every child as if they were her own. Both of my younger sisters attended Kids Wonderland, and now their children have as well. After moving back to California, I was so happy to bring my youngest here. He attended from ages 3 to 6 and is now thriving in first grade — confident, kind, and excelling in reading, writing, and all his academics. Beyond the learning, Nancy has a special way of introducing kids to new foods and helping them develop healthy habits (my daughter still talks about her cooking!). Kids Wonderland will always hold a special place in our hearts — it truly feels like family.

Where do I even begin, I am SO thankful that I found Kids Wonderland and Nancy. We do not have any family in the area so when my maternity leave ended I knew we would have to find child care for my 4 month old infant son. No one prepares you for how emotional that can be! Especially when they are so small and fragile. But with our little one being in such good hands it made the transition so much easier. We toured multiple daycare centers around Fremont, plus several in-home daycares, and Kids Wonderland was the clear choice. We felt Nancy was the most personal and her place felt so warm! There are toys and activities for all ages, and her backyard is beautiful and big. Our son’s first week was a tough transition (we discovered he wouldn’t drink my previously frozen breastmilk—welp), but Nancy was patient, calm, and supportive through it all. Within the 1st week, he fully settled in. Early in the first month, it was WITH Nancy that my son was FIRST able to be put down in a crib drowsy-but-awake and take a full nap. I was shocked! He actually naps longer at daycare than at home. Now that he’s eating solids, Nancy offers a variety of fresh, tasty, and healthy foods. Our son will happily explore different flavors and eat spoonfuls of food at daycare, where he tends to be more distracted and picky at home. She’s always willing to share tips and tricks when we ask, which we really appreciate because we are first-time parents and I’m navigating motherhood without my own mom here to guide me. The kids are so sweet with one another, and I love that they're mixed ages—it feels like a family. Mr. Daniel is also wonderful, kind, and great with the children. My son actually took a cat nap on him yesterday! We get photos and updates from Nancy as well as a take home card with notes about naps, food intake, and diaper movements. In the beginning, she especially knows how hard it can be on the parents and really keeps you updated with how it is going. That helped a lot. Nancy has become almost like our go-to baby guru. We can tell she genuinely cares about our son. When he was starting to come down with a cold one Friday, she let him take one of his favorite toys home for the weekend. Even though he was sick that weekend, he loved playing with his special toy. It's these little things that set Kids Wonderland apart from all the others. I cannot tell you how lucky I feel to have found her. What a blessing to be able to drop our son off at a place we know he will have fun, is safe, loved and cared for. We truly cannot recommend Nancy and Kids Wonderland enough.

I had the pleasure of having Nancy and Daniel as our daycare givers. I was nervous when I sent my 4-month-old baby to daycare. Nancy is very reliable, responsible and genuinely cares for him. She maintains excellent communications and sends photos and videos to let me know how was my baby doing. Her ability to handle challenging situations with grace is commendable. I feel lucky to have found her and highly recommend her service.
