5 points that drives my 5 stars (Our two kids have gone here for 2 years) 1. Inside Atmosphere - The inside is very clean and organized with functional areas for different age appropriate activities (baby areas, toddler play areas, little table learning areas). The space is well layed out (no clutter!). Entrance has little cubbies for all children (for jackets and shoes with assigned names and little pictures of your kid). 2. Outside Atmosphere. Spacious, well organized, clean fenced in yard with plenty of room for the kids to play and experience the outdoors on nice days. Outdoor toys big and small but not so much that it looks like chaos (what we saw at other daycares). 3. Communication - Along with a simple app “tadpole”, you can easily give the teachers some drop off notes. The teachers make it a point to always post what the kids are learning along with their very well explained lesson plan. As a parent its always great to see the teachers loading pictures and videos of your child as they grow. Pictures/videos are posted frequently so much that I don’t know how they do it!They are on top of things like... they need more milk, diapers, warmer clothes, ect. with plenty of advance notice. 4. Constant Feedback - Teachers are always willing to talk about the progress of your child either at drop off or pickup. You can tell they give plenty of one-on-one with your child and know them very well. It becomes very apparent how much they really care. 5. All day daycare with somewhat flexible hours for a great price. Numerous times I had to be at work early or my wife was running late and the teacher had no problem with early drop off/late pickup (early 7:00 am to as late as 6pm) I could go on!
