I believe that each child is an individual. I will value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge. I will provide both indoor and outdoor activities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine. I believe learning is happening all the time and is interwoven through all developmental domains. Children should be given choices, responsibilities and opportunities to learn. This can happen not only through planned activities, but in the everyday moments of daily routines. Security and trust are important components of my relationship with each child.
