I don’t think I’ll ever find the perfect words to thank Miss Riki for the incredible care she’s given our son. He started with her just shy of 6 months old, and from Day 1 she has been loving, kind, and attentive in every way. She goes above and beyond—she takes tons of pictures, writes great updates, always has a fun story to tell you at pickup - she once even texted us when she saw a Target recall on a snack we’d used before. It’s clear she truly loves her students and treats them like family. Every morning, our son lights up and starts to wiggle with excitement as soon as we pull up. We will be forever grateful for the joy, safety, and love she has given him. Thank you, Miss Riki!

Ms. Rikki is awesome with the children. My now 3 year old loved going to Leading Women’s Childcare when he was attending. He would still be going there if I didn’t have to move. She keeps you informed and she’s very personable. I definitely recommend Leading Women’s Childcare if you’re looking for a loving, understanding and informative daycare. My favorite thing I would have to say is that she treats those babies like her own. I love that and love her.

You never write a review for a FAMILY. To us, Miss Rickie is our family. After I started sending my toddler at her place in 2021, I simply had to stop worrying about him. I graduated last year and gave birth to my second son this year. During both of these demanding times, Ms. Rickie took extra efforts to comfort my toddler. The food, activities, values she imparts, and the safety standards are all par excellence. I simply cannot think of what my life would be without Leadung Women’s Daycare.

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to Mrs. Riki and how happy my husband and I were to find Leading Women's Childcare. As a first-time mom, I was concerned about putting my child in daycare and felt all the mom guilt about going back to work. I was worried about my daughter's adjustment to a new environment and pretty much everything a new parent can worry about when making big transitions! But with Mrs. Riki, I know she truly cares for my child. She has been such a huge help to me and my husband as we navigate being fist time parents and has kept up excellent communication with us about our child's development, adjustment to being away from home, and even checked in on us when our little one got sick for the first time. We get pictures and updates throughout the day. The kids have a great routine that fosters connection and learning in different stations throughout the space. And my daughter loves the time outside when the weather is nice. In fact, she LOVES daycare! She now gets excited when we arrive in the morning and although she is younger than the other kids, she gets excited to be involved in all the activities. All this to say we highly recommend Leading Women's Childcare and have been grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Updates throughout the day with your child's achievements, balanced meals, napping experience, etc. is an excellent resource for parents. Choosing this daycare was one of the best decisions a parent could make to ensure proper stimulation for your child’s Pre-K journey!!! My kid and I absolutely adore Mrs. Riki and her daycare style, your only regret would be not going!

I have been very impressed with the Leading Women’s Childcare ... It’s clean, Ms Riki is very attentive and she really cares about the development of children. When I drop off my son I confident that he is going to be taken care of and that is the most important thing.... a peace of mind. She also has been teaching my son music, piano more specifically for the past of years and he just loves it. She is very good at capturing a child’s attention and giving the confidence that they can do anything. I’m thankful for the daycare and most importantly Ms. Riki is a jewel.

I was a little worried about bringing my child to daycare especially during a pandemic but my worries were relieved the minute I stepped foot inside of Leading Women's Childcare. Riki was so sweet and welcoming! Her center had tons of activities and learning toys that are age appropriate for my infant. Ms. Riki has plenty of outdoor room for a lot of outdoor time (which my little one absolutely LOVES). Ms. Riki treats my daughter as if she was her own and I don't worry or feel guilty dropping my child off every day because I know she is getting the care that she needs. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your child here. You won't regret it!
