In-home Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool program providing hands-on, nature-based experiences for children of all ages. Program includes lessons to teach children to express emotions, playing games, using imaginations, and creating and exploring the surrounding world. Classroom environment is a purposeful space designed to reflect children's interest and wonders. Theme-based curriculum focuses on art, social-emotional skills, language, writing, math, science, sign language, and Spanish. Children have control over units of study and teachers support children during exploration. Units change each year and previous topics include space, the ocean, zoo, vet and pet care, urban gardening, insects, and arctic animals.
