Little Acorns, Mighty Oaks is a Nature based Reggio/Waldorf-inspired preschool/pre-K setting for children ages 3-5. I have a double major in Elementary and Early Childhood with 8 years of experience in both preschool and elementary teaching. We focus on early literacy and math skills as well as nature studies. I believe deeply in nurturing the whole child and we are often going on nature walks in the woods, playing outside, enjoying sensory play, playing games, singing, and baking. We are located in Urbandale near Johnston, IA.
