Parent Reviews
I enrolled my 3-year-old son in this daycare after his previous one closed, hoping it would be a nurturing environment where he could thrive and learn. While things started off well, I soon noticed a concerning pattern of high staff turnover—my son had at least five different teachers in just eight months. This lack of consistency made it difficult for him to feel secure and supported. The management, including the owner and manager, seemed inconsistent in their care. There were times when they showed genuine attention and warmth, but other times they appeared rushed or uninterested, even finding reasons to send my son home early. Despite blaming my child for behavioral issues, they didn’t provide the stable environment he needed to grow and develop. Additionally, my son was often sent home with boogers on his face, without shoes, or missing his sweater or blanket. I had left clear instructions for him to receive lactose-free milk due to his breastfeeding history, but they overlooked this and gave him regular 2% milk for two months before informing me. I also had an uncomfortable experience when they called me once and abruptly hung up while discussing my personal situation as a single mother working two jobs. Overall, I don’t feel the staff truly prioritize the well-being of the children or families who trust them. Instead, they seem more focused on maintaining the appearance of their facility. I’m sharing this review to help other parents make informed decisions about where they entrust their children’s care. Thank you for reading.
