Academic-based childcare program in association with CPS, Head Start, and Early Head Start. Curriculum focuses on age-appropriate activities in social, emotional, physical and cognitive development areas to prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. Activity centers may include literacy and pre-reading/writing skills, library activities, art, math and science, technology, and sign language. Field trips are included monthly for enhanced education. Once a month, children are encouraged to try cooking by preparing ingredients and creating a meal.
