I was so nervous starting my son at daycare at just 13 months old, but Ms. Lily and her team immediately put me at ease. It was clear how much they genuinely cared for him. He was always thrilled to see his teachers, especially Ms. Ng and Ms. Chen, and came home happy every day. The photos they sent throughout the day, catching him mid-laugh or exploring something new, meant the world to me and made me feel like I never fully missed a moment. I'm amazed by what he's learned--going up and down stairs, learning to "share," naming his body parts, songs, and even some Chinese words. Ms. Lily was also endlessly patient with my questions and always so quick to respond to messages, which gave me huge peace of mind as a first-time parent. And the adventures! A different park almost every day, water play in their backyard, zoo trips, the Presidio playground... it never felt like "just daycare," it felt like he was out exploring the world with people who loved him. We recently moved to a new neighborhood, and while it's a great new home, leaving Little Planet was heartbreaking. If Ms. Lily ever opens a location near us, we'd be first in line.
