This was my first time ever doing an in home care for my 5yo and 3yo and I was pleasantly surprised and perhaps lucky! Emmy is so patient with our kids and communicative with us as the parents. She taught my kids great manners, they came back home sharing and treating each other in a way I could tell was inspired by her warmth, respectful, and attentive care for them. She has a planned routine that kept them always engaged, it includes music, literacy, shape, colors, and numbers with fun and play. My kids loved it so much they wanted to stay longer each day. My son has been attending Little Sunrays since January 2025 and he is thriving under Emmy’s care and teaching! He benefits from a daily routine that includes set snack, lunch, and nap times with wonderful and intentional varieties of play woven throughout his day. He especially loves learning new Spanish words and circle time with music! I am consistently impressed by what he is learning week to week. I could not recommend Little Sunrays and Emmy more. She is a natural caregiver with a patient and generous spirit, not to mention ample childcare experience. Little Sunrays is just that - a place of light and joy for my son!

My daughter is currently enrolled at Little Sunrays and she loves it! The kids have a beautiful and safe place for learning, play and naps. Emmy is a wonderful caregiver who is patient, kind, knowledgeable and very caring. She creates her own curriculum with monthly themes and she has great daily activities for the kids. Emmy often plays music with them, and speaks to them in both English and Spanish. They do arts and crafts, read books at circle time and play! I highly recommend Little Sunrays!
