Being a new mother I did not know what to expect from a day care or day cares in general. That being said I was extremely hesitant to say the least when enrolling my child. When he was in the infant room it was wonderful he seemed happy and I was always able to get feedback from the teachers. The school without notice transferred him to the tiny tot room, which is fine. But since then it was a nightmare. He didn't have a specific teacher and I never knew which room (out of 3 ) to pick him up in. Multiple times when going to pick him up he would be strapped in a highchair in the infant room with no toys and no food. When I asked the teacher about it her excuse is that she was feeding an infant and couldn't watch them both. Who knows how long he was just sitting there. Apart from their complete lack of organization and clear under staffing they only provide breakfast in the morning for the kids, fine. But at least 3 out of the 5 days they serve pop tarts and nothing else. I don't know any parent out there that considers that an acceptable meal for a one year old. Also if you drop your child off before 8 (7:45) like I did your dropping them off into a hallway with 1 teacher with 10-15 kids of multiple ages sitting on a mat watching TV. Again, I did not know what to expect from a day care since I had never had a child before but I didn't like it. Since finding a new (much better) daycare I realize that there is so much about this place that I am almost 100% sure is not up to regulation. I would not recommend.
