Program goal is accomplished by providing a learning environment that encourages growth and helps children build self-esteem while learning to exercise self-control and to interact with peers and teachers as individuals and in group situations. Hands-on experiences are provided in and out of the classroom. Enriched curriculum includes field trips and special programming in the areas of physical education and music. Staff works with each child to promote individual needs for cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

We absolutely loved Make Way for Ducklings ! We sent our son to their preK program and he was socially and academically prepared for Kindergarten. We really wish we started him sooner!! Can't say enough about the program and what they have to offer !
My son absolutely thrived at Make Way for Ducklings- we moved him here for his last year of. pre K and were so happy with our decision. The teachers and director are so dedicated and caring. My son loved music and gym class and all of the fun days and special events in the calendar each month. Hands down the best preschool I’m the area!
