Parent Reviews
We absolutely love Mansfield PALS! When we were looking to put our daughter in daycare, we had a hard time finding one we loved. And the we found PALS! Our daughter has learned and grown so much since starting here. We recommend everyone to have their kiddos join the PALS team! The teachers are also so amazing. We appreciate them so much!
Mansfield PALS is a gem in the Town of Mansfield. The attention and care that the team provides my child is more than I could ever anticipate. My child smiles when seeing the staff. I love the updates and photos provided throughout the day. When looking for childcare, Mansfield PALS impressed our family and has never created any doubt in choosing them.
We couldn’t be happier with Mansfield Pals and the care our son receives there. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids. It’s clear they truly care about each child’s well-being, development, and happiness. Our son is excited to go each day, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. Communication has been great, and we always feel informed and supported as parents. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our son and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for exceptional care.
We recommend anyone to Mansfield PALS who needs childcare for their little ones. We have only had our child in the infant and lower toddler room so far, but the experience has been just what we've been hoping for. I was so incredibly anxious leaving my child anywhere. This was the first and only place we toured that I actually felt safe to leave my child in their care. It was the only place I found where it seemed like my child would be treated like a whole person, and actually loved, cared for, and seen for who she is. PALS is just the right mix of personalized small daycare feel with enough going on that my child doesn't get bored. Every adult knows every child in the building and greets them, whether they are on their classroom or not. When my child was sick, we have had other classroom teachers coming to check on her when she was back in school. My daughter is excelling in so many ways and I contribute a huge part of that to the care she gets at PALS. She is pushed just enough that she is always confidently looking to learn new things but never so hard that she resists learning. I have no idea how the staff do it! Helping to raise a child is one of the hardest jobs in the world. But, it genuinely seems like a calling for everyone I've met at PALS. I always feel heard if I bring up a concern, no matter how small that concern might be. It feels like they are happy to be a part of that village to help give my daughter everything she needs. They truly seem to love my daughter, and she loves and feels comfort from being around her teachers as well. I can think of no better hands for her to be in. If you are considering Mansfield PALS, please check it out! It turned out to be a fantastic place for my daughter, and could likely be the perfect place for your little one as well!
PALS… where do I even begin? LOOK NO FURTHER. From the moment we first toured, the warmth, care, and genuine connection we felt were unlike anything we had experienced before. In that moment, I just knew this was where our son needed to be. As parents of three kids who have been through multiple daycare experiences (including the challenges of the COVID years), we feel like we have a strong understanding of what to expect and PALS has exceeded every expectation we could have imagined. Our son absolutely loves going each day. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly invested in the children, and the owners, Amy and Kevin, simply get it. They’ve created something really special. We feel so fortunate to be part of the PALS family. My only regret is that we didn’t have the opportunity to send our older children through this amazing program. If you are searching for a daycare where your child will be known, loved, supported, and excited to learn PALS is it.
When my wife and I started looking for daycares we were taken back by the sheer volume of daycare options. We didn’t know where to start. Then we started hearing that in order to get into a daycare we should have made a reservation the day we found out our daughter was starting to cook. Fools we were. We were so disheartened about the options we were able to find. Mostly big centers with tons of kids who seemed like they couldn’t get any staff attention and were even falling down and crying without any staff even noticing. Then we found Pals. From the moment we walked through their doors we could feel the positive energy radiating from the classrooms and staff. The owners, Kevin and Amy, welcomed us at the door and personally showed us around, introduced us to the teachers and made sure to answer all of our (first time parent) crazy questions. They are parents who send their own kids to Pals and they walk the walk. We knew that we found the place for our daughter. Our little one started there at 3 months old. The infant teachers instantly adopted her as if she were one of their own and loved her. It was somewhere that our daughter wanted to go to, even leaping from our arms to get a hug from her teachers. She developed a special bond with Kevin and she would nap in his arms where she wouldn’t nap for anyone else. As she has continued to grow and develop she has blossomed into such a little scientist, constantly exploring and trying to absorb all information she can. She is nurtured to grow and become the best version of herself (toddler so insane, but so happy). She has been outpacing all of her milestones, walked at 10 months, and started to potty train herself largely due to the influence of the Pals staff. I cannot recommend Pals enough to everyone and anyone. The staff are some of the most wonderful and caring people I have ever met. As an educator I appreciate that they develop curriculum to help guide kids development and appropriately challenge advanced learners. I have incredibly high standards for any educational institution since it is my field, but even higher standards for anyone I would entrust my family to. Pals is a one of a kind place. There is nowhere else I will send my daughter for daycare or preschool.
We had been with three other centers prior to finding PALS, and we are so glad we did. We love the community and small atmosphere, and the teachers have been truly amazing. Of all our daycare experiences, I can truly say PALS is number 1.
