We chose Miss Anne to care for our oldest son and when his brother came along 3 years later, we chose her again. As first time parents, we were nervous about putting our 6-month old in care, and interviewed many daycares, both small in-home and larger centers. I walked away from each interview with more anxiety than when I came, until I interviewed Anne. I was so impressed by her well-thought out approach to various aspects of care; she clearly had a rationale for why she made certain choices, and the practical experience to support those choices. She is well-educated about many approaches to childcare, and has decades of experience caring for children. She also has broad life experience, which brings richness and depth to her work. She is not rigid about any particular "method" (e.g., Montessori or others) but has learned about many approaches, and through years of experience and critical thinking, developed a philosophy (that she is preparing these young ones for life beyond daycare and all it entails) and based on that, tailors her work to meet each child's needs and developmental level. Miss Anne also keeps up her continuing education and is thoughtful about the new information she learns. As a psychologist, I was really impressed with Miss Anne's consistency, thoughtfulness, creativity, and flexibility in caring for both of my boys. They both flourished under her care, learning clear boundaries balanced by lots of love, plenty of time for play, creativity, and individualized learning activities. Anne has also been incredibly helpful to us as parents, both in terms of flexibility and understanding with our schedules answering tons of first-time-parent questions. Anne is also fastidious about keeping her space and toys clean, and following regulations for safety and sanitizing. Our oldest son was in her care during COVID, and she was so careful. Even during the height of the pandemic, we did not get COVID through daycare, and I fully attribute that to Anne's conscientiousness. I cannot recommend Anne highly enough! She truly loves the children in her care, and has become much more than a daycare provider to our sons and to us as parents. We still keep in touch and visit from time to time, even though our youngest is three and has been out of her care for a year. If you are looking for a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for your child, where they will get tailored care from an invested provider, Miss Anne's the one!

We couldn't be happier with Miss Anne's Infant Day Care! We sent our first son to her in 2020, and returned with our second baby last fall. Both of our babies absolutely thrived under her care. Miss Anne is incredibly patient, caring, and knowledgeable. She has a special way with children that makes them feel safe and loved, and it's clear that she is passionate about what she does. One of the things we appreciated most was her excellent communication with parents. She always kept us informed about our kids' progress and any important updates, even providing advice and suggestions which gave us peace of mind. Miss Anne genuinely loves her job, and it shows in the way she cares for the children. We highly recommend Miss Anne's program to any family looking for a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for their baby. She's truly the best!
