I am very weary of where I allow my children to go while I am not present. It's so hard to trust others with so much going on in the world. Mrs. Fielder-Mitchell, helped us to feel welcome and taken care of. She had my son on a schedule literally in like a day. I was amazed with how much care and expertise she treated my children with. She made sure that whatever food my youngest he liked to eat (he is a picky eater), she made sure to have it stocked and ready for him. She also made sure to introduce him to new foods so that he would feel comfortable eating. We were impressed when a baby that was visiting there, was held with care. You often hear other providers talk about how they can't hold the babies but they made sure that baby was held and knew he was loved. She has so much fun for the kids with outings, and toys, and this same baby was trying to read with the other kids! It's just amazing and I had to share my experience with others. It's hard to find good help and she is doing a great job with our boys.
