Parent Reviews
I wanted to personally recognize the teachers and staff at Montclair KinderCare for the wonderful care that they have provided for our daughter, Madeline. Madeline started at KinderCare when she was 6 weeks old. The transition for mom and dad going back to work was smooth and we felt very comfortable leaving Madeline in their care. She is now 6 months old and is the happiest little girl. She is so excited to be at KinderCare, every morning, when I drop her off. Her face lights up when she sees her teachers and the other children. She loves to play and explore and has really developed quite a personality. I am confident that starting her at KinderCare at 6 weeks was beneficial for our whole family. Madeline enjoys her days playing with her new friends and teachers and mom and dad can focus on their work without worrying about her well being or her adjustment into this world. We are better parents for it and we truly value every minute we have with her when we're at home together. I love to see her interacting with the other children and her teachers. I can also personally attest to the care and concern that her teachers show for her. They're faces light up when she arrives every morning and I love that she provides that joy for other people. We enjoy reading her reports every day and learning what she is doing at school. We also enjoy seeing pictures of her activities during the day. I'm sure there are going to be days when the separation is hard(er) and that she's not always going to be a happy baby. Our goal is to give her every opportunity to learn and grow in a healthy and positive atmosphere and she will continue to thrive at KinderCare. Miss Kristen, Miss Sharon, Miss T, Miss Corita, Miss Nelida, Miss Anna and any of the teachers that I missed that help out in the infant classroom have been wonderful. Thank you for the excellent care she has been provided.
Ms. Tee has been SO SUPPORTIVE of me as I go through all the transitions a new mother goes through. She never pushes me out of my comfort zone with David. Always ready and willing to do anything I ask, even if deep down she thinks I'm completely nuts :) She loves to laugh with me and genuinely loves all her babies! Ms. Tee one day noticed hives popping up on David's cheek. She immediately called me and told me she was concerned and allowed me to have time to ask her lots of questions. I was able to use this conversation at the pediatrician's office to help clarify what was going on with David, and it all turned out to be a minor allergic reaction. Ms. Nelida LOVES her babies and you can tell. She is always smiling and always sharing fun stories of David when I pick him up. She is never sitting down, always up and on the go, tending to children all afternoon. Ms. Anna loves telling me stories about David when I come in. She shares his recent accomplishments and really takes notice of the things he likes and doesn't like. She showers him with complements like "he's soooo cute!!!" and it makes me feel so good! :) Ms. Kristen, the Center Director, and Ms. Sharon, the Assistant Director, make the center warm and welcoming for the parents EVERY DAY. There is always a warm smile and often a fun story about David's day when I walk in. I love you guys! Katie Ortega
