When I drop my son off at daycare with Ms. Florence, I feel like I'm dropping him off with family. Ms. Florence is so kind and caring and having a background in the medical field was a no-brainer for my family! There is always open communication, daily updates and we even receive pictures/videos of my son which I love! Ms. Florence has helped my son thrive since joining her daycare and she even celebrates the milestones, big or small, with us! I trust and highly recommend Ms. Florence wholeheartedly!

This place is amazing. I usually see the excitement of my child when I pick her up to come home with other places I had experience with, but when it comes to Florence Playhouse Daycare, my child cried and wants to stay longer, this says a lot about the care she received at Florence. By the time I picked her up, she’s already well fed and clean. Florence truly have a heart for this. I would give 10000 stars if I could.

My son has been going there since he was born. Ms Florence was amazing, very friendly, courteous, and very professional. I can tell my son was cared, and loved, and Ms. Florence took good care of him. When I said that ms Florence was really amazing, my son literally jumped out of my arms to go to Ms. Florence and gave big hugs or played with others. I think that speaks volumes of the care provider!!! Thank you for all you do ms Florence.
