Pooneh, owner of M&T Family Childcare (named after her wonderful daughters), is an exceptionally loving and nurturing caregiver who has truly become like family to us. She treats our children as if they were her own, and her warmth and dedication are evident in every interaction. She has cared for two of our children since they were each just three months old, and both absolutely adore her (and my other son, who was school age when we met Pooneh, adores her too). Their faces light up the moment they see her—a clear reflection of the strong, positive bond she has built with them. Even as infants and toddlers, they eagerly reached for her or walked right in with smiles, showing no hesitation or separation anxiety when we left. Pooneh consistently goes above and beyond, offering flexibility and support when our work or life commitments require care outside regular hours—a true lifesaver for our family. With no local relatives nearby, her reliability have been invaluable. We feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to have found Pooneh and her wonderful family.
