Parent Reviews
A wonderful center! My son started here at 5-months old. We chose this center because of the amazing Infant program. Although we live closer to other centers in the Needham area, this one had the strongest Infant program because the staff is excellent. Each time we visited, we always saw the teachers engaging the children in activities, books, songs etc. The center is clean, warm and inviting. We loved that we could tour anytime without an appointment. We loved that the teachers always made sure to communicate daily. The center director is present, available and approachable. She makes sure to check in with you in a regular basis for feedback. The students are always engaged in activities and their work is displayed beautifully on the walls, so you can SEE that there is learning taking place on a regular basis. They have a wonderful, fenced in play area outside that is used daily, weather permitting, and they also have an indoor gym, which is a great space because they use it on rainy/snowy days for games, parachute, ride-ons etc. I am also thrilled that BOTH Soccer Shots and Amazing Athletes offer programs here, which my 3.5 year old loves. The center also has a Learning Adventures program that offers phonics, music, and cooking enrichment classes. It's really a fantastic center! We couldn't imagine our children anywhere else!
Where to begin … We can’t say ENOUGH about the caregivers at Knowledge Beginnings. We called KB “home” to our two children for nearly eight years. You nurtured and watched them grow to be the bright, young, masterful children they are today. Let’s start from Day One: There isn’t a parent out there that isn’t hesitant about leaving their child in someone else’s caring hands – especially an infant. Even BEFORE we started the program, we would fret over dropping our daughter off – wondering if she’d be cuddled when she cried, acknowledged when she laughed and changed when she pooped. She as well as our son received that and so much more. No one could ask for better infant teachers. Not only did they care for our babies, but they took care of us parents… our concerns, our fears, our crazy schedules. They then took that toddler “energy” and really channeled it into something great and productive. Both of our children made long-lasting friendships that left big impressions on them. It sad to think that they’re no longer at KB – all grown up and moving on with life. But they have those first few years at the wonderful Knowledge Beginnings to thank for helping pave their paths in life. Thank you Knowledge Beginnings,
