We've had a wonderful experience with our 3 year old at NHMA. He is constantly learning interesting and practical things, and genuinely enjoys his time at school. The teachers are very seasoned, and all are involved and interested in the children. The COVID procedures are top-notch. We feel involved, and informed with what is going on in school, but also safe with the pick-up and drop-off protocols. We enjoy seeing what he is working on in school each week, and know he will go on to higher levels of school being exceedingly prepared. At 3, he is writing his name, beginning sight words, and doing word matching and other (surprising to me) advanced linguistic skills. We also enjoy the school's fidelity to Montessori principles in following the child and trust that he will continue to learn at his own pace. We can't recommend NHMA enough.
