Nirosha cared for my oldest as an infant/toddler and my youngest as an infant when I went back to work after maternity leave. She is extremely caring, a strong communicator, and has the “special touch” (especially with my oldest who is very apprehensive about new people). I’ve always hoped that the people caring for my children love them as much as I do, and with Nirosha I could tell that this was true. My children were always very safe, happy, and extremely well cared for in her care.

I cannot express how happy I was and what a blessing it has been to my family and I to find Nirosha Silva daycare. Nirosha has been our saving grace and our family’s caretaker of our children for several years now. I met Nirosha through our community post and she was so kind and willing to help me care for my children in my home on and off at times prior to us moving forward in her home care, once she was licensed. My three children have grown to love and cherish Nirosha as a second mother. Her willingness to care for all children as her own go above and beyond any expectation of a daycare provider. I often tell her that I am in debt to her for her patience, love, knowledge help and understanding of caring for young children and helping them grow. My youngest daughter is currently enrolled in Nirosha’s home daycare and has been there since 2024. Nirosha has most recently dedicated her time and patience in potty train my daughter. This milestone is huge and for Nirosha to have helped my daughter achieve this in just two short weeks speaks volumes of her dedication to the children placed in her care. I am blessed to have my daughter in such honest, helpful loving and dedicated hands . Nirosha is of honest character and displays strong care skills for each child she is entrusted with. Nirosha often gives me a calming peace as my child can at times make my mornings chaotic. She is a breathe of fresh air to anyone she encounters! She is a positive reset for us all!! We have been incredibly lucky to have Nirosha caring for our children. She has been watching our daughter for the past three years (in our home and then her home upon her licensing), and we recently welcomed a newborn son whom she now also cares for.
