Montessori preschool program serving children and families in the Thurston neighborhood. Teachers provide developmentally-appropriate activities and materials focused on preparing children for school and increasing independence. Children work on self-help and practical life skills, sensory-based activities, art, science, math, literacy, Spanish and other hands-on activities. Facility also has an outdoor play area with gardens, wetlands and other nature-based activities.
