Last year, my son's father died. I had been home with Noah for eighteen months before this and he had never received any kind of care outside the home. Returning to work for me was difficult, but necessary, in order just to keep my son, with there, otherwise, being no income.Marie, the Director of KinderCare, has been with my son and I every step of the way, from talking us through tears, to keeping up with the necessary paperwork to securing the funding for Noah's assistance with Early Learning Coalition, to celebrating our achievements, both my son and I. The entire staff at KinderCare have been so welcoming to Noah, as they are with all the children, making such a difference in Noah, in the year that he's been there, developmentally, so much that at two years old, he speaks in complete sentences, takes responsibility for his actions, counts independently, and recites his alphabet.The care that is provided from KinderCare translates in to our home life because I'm able to keep up with the curriculum with the newsletters I receive, and from what I can see in the classroom, and from what Noah shares with me about what he has learned, which we both enjoy so much. It helps me to feel good about the amount of time I have to spend away from Noah while he is at KinderCare that he looks forward to going and describes it as "seeing my friends. I am so grateful for the experience we are having at KinderCare, and for the patience and guidance that Noah and I have both continually been given, during this time in our lives.It is important to me that I make special mention, again, of Ms.Marie who I have observed, not only extends her patience and kindness to my son and I, but to ALL the many children and their families who participate in the activities taking place at KinderCare in Ormond Beach. This is a wonderful facility!
To All the Amazing Ladies that make every day special for our little Marie- It is so hard to leave my baby girl everyday and go to work, but I know that she is in good hands and is cared and loved for by all of you at KinderCare.
