Two of my grandchildren attend this school. I have never seen them happier nor have they ever expressed the lack of desire to attend on even a single day. I believe, not only is the educational experience far superior to other schools but there is a true feeling of caring, tenderness, and affection on the part of the staff members that even the youngest tot can perceive. Three of my older grandchildren attended the summer camp for a few weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. They have attended other numerous weekly summer camps that were “boring”. They truly seemed to enjoy and benefit from the program at PBMS. The vast acreage available to the school opens up so many opportunities for the students to explore and learn outside of the classroom. They have planted gardens, picked natural flowers and caught butterflies all in a days “work”.

PBMS will forever be a part of our family! The love and care Ms. Grover gives to all the children is at the heart of the success in developing future leaders. My granddaughter Zoie attended from age 2-9. The foundation they provided has been fundamental to the amazing interests she has in learning. Zoie is compassionate, kind, creative, and a true leader. She was always excited about going to school and has made wonderful friends that she continues to socialize with. She continues to excel academically from the Montessori method of learning. We as a family enjoyed Grandparents and Friends Day, the Holiday Potluck, Field Day, Reading with the children, and all the wonderful performances that we attended! I'm so delighted that they are continuing to build future leaders! I highly recommend PBMS for your children!

My now 4.5 year old child has been at PBMS for the past year, as well as my at the time 6 year old enjoying some summer fun with her sibling during 'summer camp.' Our family has had a wonderful experience and our 4.5 year old has thrived in the mixed age classroom setting. The loving, culturally inclusive environment has been a great school family to be a part of. PBMS campus is located on 60 acres, which include a lovely nature walk through beautiful woods, meadows, and a solar farm. As a naturalist myself, I appreciate the additional care with which PBMS uses their amazing campus as a learning experience - we here a lot about "visiting the chickens." PBMS puts the safety of our children first, and our family has appreciated the pandemic precautions put into place and continued consistency of those precautions throughout the past year.

We consider Paint Branch Montessori School the best family oriented and child focused private school for kids 2-12 years old in this region. Our child has been there since he was a little after 2 years old, where he has not only gained volumes of book knowledge, but most importantly he has built a strong value foundation and sound characters that will benefit him for a lifetime. We attribute his continued successful achievements in school to the knowledgeable and caring teachers who provide kids a loving, encouraging and nurturing environment for all kids to blossom.

We joined the PBMS family in September, 2015 when our daughter turned 2. Two years later our second daughter joined the school. Our girls thrived in all aspect, not just academically, but also socially. The teachers and staff were nurturing which is extremely important for kids at such young ages. I used the term “family” because that’s exactly what PBMS is...an extension of your immediate family. Throughout the school year they hosted events that brought us all together. It was never a drop off/pick up environment. You really got to know the teachers and staff and many other families. It was the best decision for our family. We are so fortunate that our girls got to experience early education at PBMS!!

I found PBMS in 1987 when I was looking for a small private school for my then 5 year old daughter. It was love at first sight when I toured the school and saw it’s teacher’s working with the children, the friendly administrative staff that took time to talk to me, and the well organized environment. After my daughter ‘s first year I accepted a job there and I stayed for 28 years in many different facets. My daughter successfully graduated in 6 years and I stayed behind! After my daughter entered middle school I was often told what a good foundation she had in grade school which I attributed to her experience at PBMS.
