We came to Papalotes Daycare when my child was 24mo old and was referred by a friend who had her child enrolled as well. We've been at Papalotes for over a year now and have been super happy with our whole experience. The daycare is run by Martha herself and she is very attentive and very intentional with the children from the lessons and work that she plans for the children to even the meals she gives them. It is a small at-home daycare, which results in her giving detailed care for each child. She cares a lot about creating predictability and consistency for the children and works with the parents to make sure everyone is on the same page in terms of caring for the children (i.e. at drop-off she asks how the child slept, if they ate, if there are any notes for the day). On warm days she takes the kids for outdoor time to the neighborhood park, which my daughter has been loving! The home is always clean, tidy, and a welcoming environment for the children. When looking for a daycare, a main priority of mine was how well the facility was following licensing rules and communication between daycare and home. Martha is always just a call or a text away - Whether it is to communicate pickup plans or asking how my child is doing in the middle of the day. She even threw my daughter a small birthday celebration with the daycare kids! The best part is also that the day is run entirely in Spanish. After a year of being immersed, my daughter is now speaking in Spanish, understands verbal Spanish fluently, and is even singing in Spanish. I would highly recommend!

I'm so grateful to have came across Papalotes Daycare, rather quickly on my journey to enroll my child in Daycare for the very first time. It's a scary experience to all of a sudden have to enroll your child in daycare. Specially when they've been cared for by loving family in 1 on 1 settings. Most places failed to meet my expectations on overall - program/curriculum (preferablySpanish), genuine wholesome care, hours and within the appropriate price range. We are extremely grateful to have selected Papalotes Daycare and highly recommend Martha and Victor. My daughter is now fully potty trained, knows her shapes and learning her vowels in spanish at the age of 3. Her advancement overall is amazing. She mentions all the healthy food Martha prepares with love. I look forward to all her art pieces at the end of the month. If you are looking for a child care provider that can provide your child with more personal attention - due to small student ratio, with basic Spanish fundamentals that provides genuine care look no further.

My daughter has been attending Papalote's for about a year now. We are very happy with our experience there. Martha and Victor are loving and warm and my daugher is always happy to attend. Their space is clean and set up well with lots of options for the kids. They provide healthy snacks and lunch. They will often take the kids to the park or library. She will often come home with crafts and baked goods, which is a nice treat. I really like that she is also exposed to spanish during the day, and her spanish comprehension is great. I would highly recommend Papalote for anyone looking for childcare.

My son had just turned 2 when he started at Papalotes Daycare and he adjusted so well. As a first time parent, I was nervous to put my child in daycare and to entrust others to watch my child who I did not know, but I was so lucky to have found this daycare. His teacher, Martha, has been so wonderful. My son absolutely loves going to daycare and I love that there’s not too many kids so my son was able to receive a lot of attention. His daycare was instrumental in helping my son develop his speech and language, social skills, and potty training. I’m forever grateful for Papalotes Daycare.
