About 1 year ago, I was looking for a nurturing, reliable, professional, structured, and engaging environment for my daughter, and Phoenix House has completely exceeded my [very high] expectations. From day 1, I haven't had a single doubt that my daughter has been receiving the best care, and this is further confirmed by her always running in and giving everyone a hug when she arrives. Ellie is an incredible, knowledgeable, and caring person who puts so much love into this program and the little ones. She individualizes care so each child flourishes, and she has very high standards for her team. Ellie structures each day so it is enriching and impactful, and she integrates learning in a thoughtful way. She handles challenges with compassion and instills that within the children as well. We're so grateful to have found Phoenix House! If you're looking for your little one to learn, grow, and thrive, I can’t recommend Ellie and her team enough!

Ellie and her team have truly become like a second family to us and to our little one.
