Children are encouraged to learn through self-directed social free play, indoors and outside in the fenced backyard or on nature walks. Hands-on activities may include puzzles to learn shapes, memory retention, and colors, as well as open-ended art projects, sensory play in dirt and water, and dramatic play. Students may also participate in cooking or snack preparation, story time, music, and science exploration.

The owner Tassia truly has a passion and drive for running Playful Preschool and it shows in all of the classrooms and the people who work there. We love the staff and all the teachers! We absolutely LOVE seeing all the pictures updates in the app of our child as they really do add a personal touch to the parents overall experience. Thank you for making every kid feel special and loved. My child started during COVID and the owner and staff have been very transparent about their policies and notifications if a staff and/or attending child had a possible exposure. I felt safe and confident dropping my child off every morning.
We were looking for a daycare option for our 17 month old several days a week and playful learners was our first choice. The facility is amazing and very clean (something I cant say about other daycares that we visited). They use an app that provides frequent updates and pictures so we always feel good about leaving our daughter there. Overall highly recommend and we have been very happy with the daycare so far.
