Nanette was a godsend for our family. It was important to me that my daughter was in an intimate home setting for childcare, and that she would feel like she was safe with family. My daughter was with her from 8 months until 3 years — when she was ready for preschool. Nanette is very professional and skilled: even when my daughter was having tantrums, she knew exactly what was triggering my daughter and how to deal with it. She was able to feed her vegetables, help with potty training, everything. Obviously, my daughter had and still has lots of affection for Nanette and we are very grateful for her care. If you are looking for care for your infants and toddlers and Nanette has availability—look no further. Trust me! Thank you for all of the years. We will never forget it.

Nanette is absolutely amazing and wonderful. It saddens me to leave. If not for us moving, i would want her to be with Nanette for as long as possible. I know my daughter loves being with her and I can see the amount of care she gives back as well. I have zero complaints. She has been nothing but loving and and an absolute role model to my daughter. Pictures, updates were given. The location was not too far for us. The ratio was 1:4 so the amount of attention my daughter received was a lot. In the future should things permit, I would love to put my future kids with her. I highly recommend this place. We will be keeping in touch.

Ms. Nanette is an awesome care taker. She is very professional and keeps you posted with a report of what the kid did on a given day. She teaches the kids to be independent (while eating, sleeping) and also good amount of learning and play time with friends. My son has picked up a lot (books, play, words etc.) since he started going to her. He is always happy to go to her daycare. We would highly recommend her daycare.

This is a very homely daycare. My son started going to Ms. Nanette’s daycare last year in September. If we hadn’t bought a house an hour drive away from this daycare, we would have kept my son under her care. Ms. Nanette is very caring, patient and passionate with the kids. Ever since my son has started going to her daycare, he has shown a lot of improvement especially with his social behavior. The kids are encouraged to learn and have fun with their morning activities. I like how Ms. Nanette takes time to take pictures and show the kids are doing well and the children playing with each other. Also, I appreciate how she takes time to update/ talk to me (the parents) about how the day went with our son when we picked him up. It’s a security feeling for me that’s she’s very transparent. I highly recommend Ms. Nanette’s daycare. I can’t thank her enough, and we will surely miss her.

Nanette cared for my daughter since she was 6 months old till 2 years, and all through the pandemic. Nanette is very professional, patient, caring, kind, yet firm. She is the kind of teacher and someone next to mother, I would want for my children always. Without her support I would not be able to raise my child, in a safe, loving and also disciplined home environment, and keep working in a demanding job at the same time. We looked at various places, but only at Miss Nanette’s we felt the peace of mind that we could entrust someone with the care of our child. Being a first time mother, with no immediate family support At hand, I needed a lot of help while raising my daughter and without Nanette’s help and support it would be impossible. Over the years we have experienced her empathy and kindness, not just for our daughter, but also for us, when we needed care outside of regular hours for emergencies, planned or unplanned. Our daughter stayed with Miss Nanette’s daycare from about 6 months until she turned 4 years old. We moved to Fremont back in 2017 and were looking for a place to enroll her. I remember visiting her daycare and fell in love with how she set the environment for the kids. She keeps a small group around the same age to make sure she can provide all the attention they need and provide them a similar learning experience. We considered several places but none would provide the peace of mind we felt when meeting Miss Nanette and learning about her daycare. Miss Nanette provided great care and service to both our family and our little daughter. She is caring and nurturing, empathetic, transparent, understanding, and of course a parent herself. She has shared tips and tricks on what works, what doesn’t work, and helped us implement a consistent environment for our daughter both in daycare and at home. She provides guidance if needed and always willing to lend a helping hand which was of great help to new parents, like ourselves. We know our daughter loved being in her daycare because some days she was still having a great time, not ready to leave the daycare yet and go home. During long holiday weekends she would ask when she would see Miss Nanette and her friends again. Our daughter greatly advanced her motor skills under her care during the early days and basic academic and art skills during the last few years as Nanette is consistent with their learning and progress. During the pandemic our daughter continued to go to school, and Miss Nanette was able to keep her daycare open with a workable protocol and restrictions. We know the difficulty keeping up with compliance, but she pulled it off very well. She implemented proper protocols for cleanliness, taught our daughter how to wash her hands properly, and how to handle herself with social distancing. Trusting her care and how she handled this unprecedented situation is great. Her services and dedication to providing the care and keeping her daycare open to help parents saved our sanity while working from home. We are very thankful for all she has done for our family and the love she gave our daughter. I recommend her as a daycare provider and the five-star rating is not enough to show how great this daycare is.

Thank you Nanette and family for the wonderful care you have provided for my child. It was challenging financially and emotionally to bring my child to a family daycare, but it was one of the best decisions we've made. We have watched our child blossom and grow upon every pick up. Developmentally, I would say, my child was advanced. My child was walking before one years old, talking, dancing--then began formulating full sentences, answering WH-questions, prepositions and using pronouns. I understand each child's development varies, however, the exposure my child received from both her peers and Nanette, posed as a catalyst to her development. I am thankful and saddened that we are no longer with them, but I am positive in belief that there was no "goodbye". Nanette and her family were like family to me and I assure all, you will feel nothing less of what I am explaining to you.
