As a full-time working mother I want the very best care during the day for my two boys. It is such a relief to know the staff at Kindercare shares my impactful vision. During my initial visit to Kindercare I sensed the staff truly cared about the children and every employee there is passionate about the position they have. In fact this is more than just a job to them, each has taken on the role of educator, caregiver and comforting friend with an encouraging mind set. When they see a child that needs a hug they give them one. They take ownership and make sure every child is comfortable and involved in their classrooms. The staff invests time and emotions in the children making them shine and be themselves. My boys are happy at Kindercare because they love the staff, they can be their own silly selves and are proud of their accomplishments. Kindercare is not just a top notch learning center for the education that is provided but also for the love, friendship and support they offer to children and their families. I cannot express what a relief it is to go into work each day and not have to worry about my children’s wellbeing. Our entire experience at KinderCare has been wonderful. Starting with our first visit when I was pregnant they have been very welcoming and informative. Our questions and concerns have always been addressed in a prompt, professional manner. As any parent would be, we were anxious to find the right fit for our child when I returned back to work. From her first day the entire KinderCare staff have been loving, caring, and nurturing. We were especially impressed and pleased with how well the staff has helped us with all of the transitions that happen during the first year of life including transitioning our daughter from the infant room to the toddler room. I started bringing my children to KinderCare when my oldest son was only eighteen months old. We had been through a very bad experience at our previous daycare but my fears were eased quickly with the staff I met and he loved his teachers. His whole personality changed and you could tell we had found a great center that we could bring him to while we went to work. We no longer had to worry about his safety. A couple of years later my second son was born and had special needs the first six months of his life that required an apnea monitor. The staff did great taking care of him so there was no question that when my daughter was born I was not going to place her anywhere else. We have had nine years of experience with the care and quality that KinderCare in Powell has to offer.
