As a mama and child therapist, my honest review and recommendation is that I would not take my child there as it is now. Their description makes it sound amazing, and I truly believe it has the potential to be that, but currently, it is not what your child will get. My daughter was there for 10 months total. Due to constant turnover and staff shortages she consistently bounced from class to class and teacher to teacher, often combined with children younger and in very different developmental stages. Children who were still in diapers, still developing language, still expressing emotions through hitting and biting due to a lack of language skills. In our 10 months she had 7 different teachers, all of whom quit. In addition to her specific teachers, there were at least 4 additional teachers who quit as well as 2 directors. Children go to the bathroom together, not in seperate stalls, and were required to keep the door open. On more than one occasion my 3 year old daughter talked about seeing 2 different boys penises. I requested my daughter be allowed to go to the bathroom by herself, and they were accommodating but did require that she leave the door ajar, and stated they were having a problem with peeking but would do their best to keep kids from doing it. They show a movie each week, which I was not told in my orientation. There is very little guidance or even supervision regarding what is shown and there were some very inappropriate things my daughter saw. I requested an alternate activity for my little one. I was thankful they were again willing to accomodate but also felt sad my little one missed out on a fun activity with her peers due to a lack of professional decision-making. Especially when there are 100's of age appropriately shows they could have been choosing. Ultimately, after more teachers quitting, my daughter complaining daily about a teacher being mean to her, and witnessing staff to child interactions that weren't professional, kind, or best practice, I decided it was in the best interest of my daughter to find different care. Within days of being at the new daycare I saw an immediate shift in her behavior and demeanor and knew it was the right decision to change. It is a very nice facility that is clean and well kept, and filled with up to date, developmentally appropriate toys. They have a nice outdoor area as well as use of a full size gym for extreme temperature days which was definitely a plus. Their pricing is manageable, and they were flexible and willing to work with me on many of my requests such as the bathroom and alternate activities during movie time. They were hiring a new director when we decided to change so hopefully things will turn around. There really is so much potential, which is one of the reasons we stayed as long as we did, but if you decide to tour I would recommend asking lots of questions and making sure things have really changed because if they haven't, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

My family and I love Prime Kids Learning Center! Miss Karry and her staff are all amazing. We are not employees of Prime Trucking, but the child care center opened to the public and we were able to enroll our daughter there as a result. She has been learning new things, grown in confidence, and gets excited every time we pull up to drop her off. The center is huge, clean and welcoming, and kids have so much room to play and learn. I love that they have access to the big basketball court when it's too cold to play outside. My 15-month-old daughter has been learning baby sign language, has learned to wash her hands and say thank you, and has made several friends. The ratio of kids to teachers is phenomenal, and Miss Karry and her team do a great job of keeping us update and informed as to what is happening throughout the day. We toured several daycares and Prime was definitely the top of our list. We are so grateful for the chance to send our daughter here and would recommend to anybody!

We relocated from the east coast. We toured over half a dozen centers before finding PKLC. Upon stepping onto the campus, we knew this was the best place and the ideal fit for our child. The caring staff, clean facilities, and curriculum won us over. We've been enrolled at the center for also 6 months. The rooms are always clean and my child and her classmates are well cared for and nurtured. My child is always clean and happy when I pick them up. The teachers are genuinely caring and attentive. My child is learning, growing, making friends, and happy which is the most important thing. The app is amazing, I receive notification throughout the day as to her activities. The pictures and videos make my day. The hours are very convenient. I highly recommend Prime Kids Learning Center !

The Prime Kids Learning Center is fantastic. The staff are beyond wonderful and kind with our son. The facility is clean, modern and secure. We toured many facilities and this is hands down the best one. There was the feeling of trust the moment we met this team of caring child care professionals that we didn't feel was the same elsewhere. We choose to bring our son to Prime Kids over facilities that were closer to our home, because of the love and kindness that Karry, Brittany, Linda, Chrissy, and Addison provide to the kids in their care combined with the safe and secure facility. This is a special place that has become a second home for our son.

Prime kids learning center is an amazing place ! Very clean and impressive premise. The staff is nice and friendly. They are very welcoming. My daughter has been here for 4 months and I can see the growth and learning every day. I can see so much change in my daughter. She can make a full sentence now. She has learned so much since going here. Miss Karry and her team are so focused and appreciative of every child’s well being. Happy to say that your little one will be in very secure and safe hands.
