My husband and I are both teachers, so we felt very strongly about ensuring our children had a loving yet academic environment in which to grow during their years prior to elementary school. In 2012, when our older daughter Norah was in the pre-school class at Primrose, we attended the holiday concert. I remember watching the kindergarten perform; they sang clearly and knew the words to the song. They were organized, respectful, patient, and engaging. In other words, it was obvious through their performance that they had been well-educated by a teacher who had communicated expectations while instilling knowledge, skill, love, and confidence. I turned to my husband, pointed to Miss Bonnie, the kindergarten teacher, and said, “I want Norah and Ava to have her.” Now, thanks to the Primrose community, kindergarten program, and Miss Bonnie’s differentiation, Norah is reading chapter books, writing sentences, and helping our four-year-old daughter with basic addition. It has been a true pleasure watching our daughters move from the toddlers to the pre-school to the pre-K classrooms and finally into the kindergarten at Primrose. -Karey and Theron

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose Standley Lake! Every Primrose offers a great educational environment and curriculum but the teachers and staff at this school go above and beyond. They are caring, nurturing and attentive and the managerial staff is always engaged with the kids and parents. The level of communication between teachers/staff and parents is wonderful. My daughter loves all of her teachers, past and present, and they are always willing to stop and give her a quick hug and chat in the hallway. It really feels like a family environment, we couldn't be happier with the level of care that our daughter receives here!

Having our Granddaughter enrolled in Primrose Standley Lake has been a blessing. Living in another state it was a breath of fresh air to work with Stephanie at Primrose Standley! Her concern was focused on the well-being of our Granddaughter that took ill. Stephanie assisted us with a reputable Nanny to care for our Granddaughter so she was able to recuperate until her return to day care. When you find a day care that is willing to go that extra step for the welfare of a child outside of their facility; that is when you know your child is placed in a caring environment. My family and I just moved to the area and wanted the transition to be as smooth as possible for our 2 children (ages 3 and 20 months). We toured 8 schools and chose Primrose Standley Lake despite a 30 minute drive. The facility is spotless, the children have toys that engage the mind and imagination, and most importantly, they have fantastic staff. We've been at other child cares in the past and the teachers at this facility are simply the best.

I am a teacher as well as a parent at Primrose School of Standley Lake. My daughter has grown so much socially and emotionally as well as blossoming from the Balanced Learning curriculum. Our family members have even noticed the positive changes in the short time we have been at Primrose! I love being part of the school and am so glad my children are able to experience excellent quality in the Early Childhood field.
