Parent Reviews
A Truly Wonderful Preschool Experience! We can't express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care and education our son has received at this preschool. We moved him here after relocating my work office, and also due to some concerns at his previous school (within the same franchise). The difference has been truly remarkable! From day one, the environment has been warm, structured, and nurturing. Our son felt at home right away--no issues with bullying or discomfort--and we immediately noticed how thoughtfully the classrooms were set up to support both learning and emotional growth. What stands out the most is how much the children are actually learning every day. Our son tells us how much he enjoys practicing writing, learning new concepts, and engaging in meaningful activities--not just playing. The school strikes an amazing balance between structured academic learning and social-emotional development. The kids are learning how to use their words, how to share, take turns, and interact respectfully. It's a true preschool in every sense of the word. We're constantly impressed by how well-behaved, kind, and curious the children are.. It's clear the staff and teachers here set a high standard and lead by example. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Hunter (his wonderful preschool teacher), Ms. Linda (the Executive Director), Ms. Lynn, and every staff member who contributes to this outstanding school community. You've made a huge difference in our son's life, and we are beyond grateful. We highly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a place where children are genuinely nurtured and challenged to grow.
We have been sending our son, Joe, to Primrose at the Galleria since he was 12 weeks old, and now our daughter attends as well. We have nothing but positive things to say about the school. The staff communicates well. They really care for our children and encourage their development. I can honestly say that most things they know, they learned from school (I cannot take credit).
Isabella has come such a long way academically in the short time she has been at Primrose. Her teacher, Ms. Mira, has done a great job and I often hear Isabella singing one of the many songs they've learned in school. The staff at the Galleria has also been very helpful when dealing with Isabella's Medical condition. The teamwork demonstrated by everyone gives us peace of mind when leaving her in their care.
Isabella has really blossomed as a result of being enrolled at Primrose. Her social skills have increased and her vocabulary has expanded as well. Ms. Mira has done a great job of guiding and mentoring Isabella. The staff as well has done a great job of managing her medical condition and keeping her safe and healthy.
Primrose Galleria is our first schooling experience as parents with our daughter Emma, and it has been very pleasant ever since the beginning. We appreciate the flexibility it has offered, whether it's on our transition from part time to full time, or a pop-in change of schedule for a few weeks due to our personal reason. The teachers and staff are always warm and friendly, and showed great professionalism towards their job. I want to especially thank Ms. McGowen for making school a second home for Emma. Her enthusiasm and upbeat spirit made Emma feel loved and secure in her first experience away from home. Ms. McGowen is never stingy on hugs and smiles. She often holds her little toddlers and never leaves a crying child unattended. She remembers each kid's preference on food and steps in to feed the picky ones like what a mother would do. We feel very lucky to have our daughter under Ms. McGowen's care. And Emma feels the same way too. In fact she enjoys her stay with MsMcGowen so much that she asked to go back to school over Christmas break! Thanks a lot to Primrose for having teachers like Ms. McGowen. It's a true bless!
When I had my baby, I knew I was returning to work after 12 weeks and had to find a daycare to put the baby in. When I toured Primrose Galleria, I was impressed with the facilities but still nervous about leaving the baby with strangers. It's been over a month now and the infant teachers have put my fears at ease. They are warm and kind with all the infants and meticulous about logging the baby's activities during the day. The teachers feel like they are part of the family. There are never tears when we drop the baby off in the mornings. I'm comforted knowing my baby is being well taken care of.
The is the second school my son has been enrolled in but the first school he enjoys going to every day. Ms. McGowan has done an excellent job teaching my son at a level that surpasses Kindergarten. My son is practically a little genius now! Ms. McGowan doesn't hesitate to teach at an advanced level if your child is ready for it. Besides her advanced curriculum, Ms. McGowan is very warm hearted and kind towards her kids. She is always giving hugs to her kids and cares about each of their needs individually. She has really helped to bring my son out of his shell socially as well. We will be sorry to see the day when my son has to leave her to go to pre-K.
