Primrose at West Clay is a standard by itself. We experienced quality education with importance to socio-emotional development first hand with our first born as he went through various classrooms at Primrose before moving to elementary. Through the unprecedented past year, Primrose impressed us beyond our experience till then! They presented "options", safe reliable yet flexible choices, so we could choose one that worked the best for our family. It all starts with transparent and honest communication, backed up by exceptional health safety measures applied in the most "make it look easy" fashion. Kudos to the Primrose team for all the additional efforts that went into showing how it can be done.
We are very pleased with Primrose School at West Clay. Our son is in the Toddler class, and he has made great strides in his development and manners since he began attending. He is always in a great mood when we pick him up, and most mornings he walks right in without any fuss and is happy to see everyone. We also appreciate the numerous photos and updates of his activities during the day. We plan to keep him enrolled until he has grown beyond Primrose’s offerings.
We could not be more pleased with Primrose. Our son started there at age 2 months, and is nearly 3 yrs now. All of the staff and teachers know him and both of us parents by name, and are so in tune with our son's personality and growth. As a pediatrician, I appreciate their attention to appropriate safety measures.
They take excellent care of my son. If I have any inquiry, question or request they always respond quickly and are on top of everything related to my son's care. The daily updates of my son's activity brings me peace of mind knowing that he is ok. They really care about his learning and development, and the program is well structured and organized.
