We are still relatively new to Primrose, but I think you all do an exceptional job with communication. Sometimes I would even say it is hard to keep up with all the communication . Of course it is the parents choice how involved they want to be with Primrose communication because it does take some effort from parents. I even think the verbal communication has been outstanding since we joined Primrose. Keep up the good work, we truly appreciate all your hard work and services!

I think the communication from the teachers and everyone else is outstanding. Like most moms, I was incredibly nervous leaving my little guy at daycare. And all the info I get about his day has made it much easier. I love the daily sheets, they give me all the info that I need! And the teachers also take the time to write little notes when he does something new like drinking from a sippy cup which I love, love, love. And keep! Each day when I pick Levi up they tell me what he did that day and what he liked or didn't like. I also enjoy all the emails with info and the Facebook page. Thanks for all you do!

Choosing a childcare provider and early education institute for your child is one of the most important decisions you can make. It was extremely important to us, as a family with 2 working parents, that we find a safe, nurturing, educational environment for our children. We got everything we wanted and more at Primrose School of Cross Creek. From the first day in the infant room through VPK graduation, we have watched our son grow and blossom under the guidance of the staff and teachers. I felt secure every day knowing that my child was going into an environment where his needs were always met and then some. At 3 years old, my son was reading beginner books to us at home. At 4, he was reading 1st grade books and doing Kindergarten math! Now he is in Kindergarten in public school and, due to the educational foundation he received at Primrose, he is flourishing! When our daughter was born, there was no question where she would be going. With such low turnover in educators, she is being cared for by the same loving teachers as those who cared for her brother almost 5 years ago. We are a Primrose family and proud of it!
