Parent Reviews
I love having my son at Primrose Duluth West. Miss Mary and Miss Ariel are rock stars and I can always count on them to provide the kids with the fun filled, safe environment. Hats off to those two!!
We chose Primrose because we had a sincere interest in our daughter attending a daycare where a partnership between the school and parents was of the utmost importance. We have stayed with Primrose because we LOVE the staff! Everyone is so friendly and it seems like everyone in the building know my child's name...and she seems to know them too! I never have to worry about my precious daughter, as I know that she is well taken care of and loved. We heart Primrose!
Primrose at Duluth West has been a great experience for us. We see our daughter growing and learning every day. She enjoys her class, she love her teachers and look forward to go to school every morning.
As a first time mom, placing my baby in daycare was very difficult. I checked every center in my area and Primrose Duluth West stood out from the rest because they were so warm and caring. They answered all of my questions and believe me I had tons of them. I like that the infant ratio is 4:1 and the infant teachers have many years of experience. I feel like the staff works with me as a parent and I love the interactive that my son receives. I don't worry anymore when I drop him off but when I call for updates they are so open about telling about his day. I am so happy we found Primrose.
As a new mom, I was very nervous about putting my 3 month old daughter in daycare as I returned to work. After meeting the director and infant teachers, my husband and I knew Primrose Duluth West was the place we would choose for her. We were impressed with the cleanliness, structure and care we saw at the first, second, and third visit! We couldn't be happier with the care they give our baby girl. Thanks Miss Janet and Miss Maria!
Our family has been at Primrose Duluth West for over 18months. Our son is in the early preschool class and daughter is in the infant class. My respect for the teaching staff and directors of Primrose is very high. When we moved our son the school was attentive in helping him (and us; as the parents) transition smoothly. They discuss his progress regularly and bring up many positives directly to him so he can be excited to tell us. They have reinforced the manners we work on at home and the behavioral expectations we have of him. Thank you Mrs. Pena, Mrs. Charonne, and Mrs. Monnie. We unexpectedly had to enroll our daughter in the infant classroom following a death in the family. The teachers in my son's classroom helped him process his grandfather's death in appropriate language consistent with our wants and encourage the sharing of his fun memories with his Papaw. That will forever endear me to them as care takers not just teachers. The directors checked-in on us and helped us transition our daughter to having others care for her needs and nurtured our family through the months after his death as well. The directors answer and address all of my concerns and any changes or special needs in the moment. They inform me by phone and/or email of any daily events that I need to be aware of. They are professional and personable. Thank you Ms. Mary, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Michelle. The teachers in the infant classroom are phenomenal. My daughter is so happy and loved I can see it each day when I pick her up. She utilizes her sign language to communicate as well as can say several words. Thank you Mrs. Janet, Mrs. Maria, and Mrs. Carolyn. I cannot say enough about the staff at Primrose Duluth West. They are well educated in early childhood development. They focus on learning and challenging children while never forgetting to nurture and love them first. I am at ease daily with both of my most precious possessions in their capable hands.
