My husband David and I have been on a quest of finding the "right" place for our Tyler and Bella. On Friday, I took a tour of Primrose School in Eagle Springs and immediately felt the warmth. From the school director Mrs. Daves to the early preschool teachers, very kind front desk staff and even the franchise school owner. As a concerned parent, I walked the halls and cringed automatically thinking I would hear screams and cries of little ones who were missing their parents but instead it felt as if I walking into anything other elementary school. As I peeked into each classroom, I was amazed at how attentive every child (from every age group) was and as I walked into the Early Preschool I room absolutely blown away at how Ms Estrello had captured a group of 8 18 month olds at a table experimenting with colors and water. Mrs Daves and I stood there as she was armed with the curriculum and nurturingly went over the room lay out and the equipment that Bella will be receiving as part of her attendance at Primrose. Then we walked down to the other end of the hall headed to Early Preschool III room and the Preschool room so I may observe and again was blown away at how attentive and engaged the children were. Not one child was emotional or appeared distraught that they were there. Mrs Daves stood right by my side throughout the entire tour going over every detail of what I feel every parent would be concerned with. I left Primrose thinking wow that was a nice experience and toured a brand new neighboring facility thinking I would maybe get the same experience but to much of my dismay I did not. As soon as I left that tour of the neighboring center I immediately called my husband and booked it back to Primrose to register Bella and Tyler. We agreed to a "Discovery Day" on Monday for the both of them as neither of them had been exposed to such an intricate program like Primrose and again we were blown away with our experience. From greeting us and the kids by name as soon as we walked into the door to the personalized experience in each classroom. It was as if Bella and Tyler had been attending Primrose all along and we knew Primrose School of Eagle Springs was the place for our Bella and Tyler to be. So, now Bella and Tyler are full time attendees of Primrose and we couldn't be more happier with our decision. Thank you Primrose and especially a very big heartfelt "Thank You" to Mrs Daves, Ms Estrello, Ms Ayala, Ms Enriquez, Ms Rhodes and Ms Dempsey in welcoming our children just like your own. We are so excited to be part of the Primrose of Eagle Springs family!!

It is an honor for me to share my experiences at Primrose, Eagle Springs. I consider important to share who I am before I share my story. I am a health care provider, a US Army veteran, a first time mother. My baby is everything to me. I lost a couple of babies before having the honor of becoming a mother. My military background made a very disciplined and organized person. Also learn duty, respect honor,courage, selfless service. Being a Dentist made me very strict about caring for others. You should treat people like family, the way you want to be treated. Give people a heartfelt care without risking quality of care. Do the best you can for others. When I looked at potential day cares for my daughter, I noticed that Primrose was meeting my expectations. When I met the staff at Primrose, Eagle Springs, all my expectations were exceeded. Meeting the owners, the director, the front desk staff, the caregivers of my baby, made me realize that I am not joining a school, but joining a family. My daughter is in the infant class. The schedule includes, besides the bare necessities, music, sign language, playtime, story time, art. Even though is a group of 6-7 babies, the care is individualized. I am deeply grateful for the individualized care that Primrose have with my dear daughter. I am deeply grateful that, for all the times(as a first time mother) that I called to see how my daughter was doing, they answered kindly, checked my daughter and let me know she was ok. The cleanliness at the place is superb. The friendliness of the staff is superb as well. Another thing I like about Primrose is the one on one relationship they have with us, the parents. They always inform us that if there is anything that need to be changed or if there is any suggestions to help them do a better care, to let them know. That is a great way to keep the best care they can with my daughter and the rest of the babies, toddlers and kids at Primrose. I leave my baby with a peace of mind and that is priceless. I can say that one of the best decisions I made in my life was to choose Primrose Eagle Springs as the place to care for my daughter.
