Our son, Marley, had a tough transition into the world. He had a herniated belly button and acid reflux so badly that it caused his bowel movements to be tremendously acidic and took a layer of his skin off. Needless to say he was very uncomfortable and needed a little extra love and attention. When we chose to put Marley in daycare we were apprehensive due to the heightened level of attention needed. Primrose exceeded our expectations with his care. His diapers were closely monitored, they accommodated his doctor recommended inclined sleeping, and worked with us to remedy any concerns we had. Marley is almost a year old and has blossomed beautifully into a little man. I adore the staff in the infant room and will be sad to see him transfer into the 1 year old class, but know that everyone is rooting for him and is willing to go the extra mile where needed. Thank you Primrose Highland Village for making this 1st time mommy at ease.
My son loves going to school. Primrose has wonderful caring staff to help foster the love of learning and exploration. He is anxious to tell me about his day, daily stations, community helpers coming to visit or going back to Primrose after the school day is over to enjoy more activities. My son has made great friends, grown in confidence and is truly happy. I am very thankful to Primrose.
Taking our 8-month old daughter out of a private home-care and trusting her to the care of Primrose of Highland Village was one of the best decisions we've made. She is now six years old and in Kindergarten, and attends Primrose for before and after-school care. Her twin sisters are two years old and also attend Primrose. With my husband and I experiencing lay-offs and other career changes during the last five years, we have always been able to count on the wonderful women at Primrose to hold us up in tough times and welcome us with open arms after every crazy thing life has thrown at us. Our nephew also attends Primrose of Highland Village, and we have recommended several friends. Gracie loves to see some of the same faces who rocked her in the infant room, encouraged her in the Young Toddler room, and taught her in every other classroom along the way still at Primrose when she arrives in the morning before she gets on the bus to Kindergarten. There are few people on the Earth that I would trust absolutely with my children and a lot of them are at Primrose of Highland Village! We love you guys!
